Who we are
Woyuduin is an independent recovery-software project. It is operated by its founder as a sole proprietorship; the legal entity for the operator will be disclosed here before any subscription revenue is collected. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. Woyuduin is a recovery support tool, not a substitute for medical or psychological care. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
Your account
Authentication is by one-time magic link. We do not issue passwords. Keep access to your email account secure — it is the only credential. Sharing accounts is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact help@woyuduin.com immediately.
Subscriptions and refunds
Trial: five days, no payment required. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Annual subscriptions carry a 30-day, no-questions refund on first purchase. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable mid-cycle except in cases of billing error.
Therapist marketplace
Therapists on the marketplace are independent licensed clinicians, not Woyuduin employees. Sessions are billed à la carte. Woyuduin facilitates scheduling and payment but is not a party to the therapeutic relationship.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the panic button or emergency features, harass other users in the brotherhood community, attempt to circumvent the tamper-proof protection on behalf of someone else, or use the AI counselor to generate content unrelated to recovery.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific recovery outcomes. The blocker is a defense layer, not an absolute guarantee.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
